It's been clear for quite sometime now, that there is a great deal of misuse of the moder-status by some moders, espicialy "guzzi", and we as regular chatters of ES would like to condemn this outragous fault, and we would like to see the presedence of immediate and convenient actions being made by those conserned to ensure the wellbeing of ALL chatters in ES, sense we feel a great preasure imposd on us by the so-called "guzzi" on every occasion and on every subject we gather to discuss in ES.

We found recently that "guzzi" uses his status irresponsibly to ban chatters for reasons that do not fall in the category of "violations", but reasons we might ironicaly call "psychological". This, although happening for long time, it's now getting unbarable and realy annoying, and we demand the withdrawal of the "moder-status" from "guzzi" as soon as possible.

This so called "guzzi-syndrom" must be treated without any delays, other wise the room ES that we used to love and enjoy, and share lols and brbs, and live memories of, is now being ruined for the sake of an irresponsible man single handedly.

Finally we would like to, once again, state clearly that:

THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE BY ANY MEANS WHATSOEVER, AND "GUZZI" SHOULD BE BANNED FOR ONCE AND AT ONCE, AND STRIPPED-OFF OF HIS MODER STATUS, SO HE WOULD KNOW THAT THE LAW IS BINDING FOR ALL, BE YOU A CHATER OR BE YOU A MODER.

We thank you verymuch indeed for attending to our previous complaint with atmost speed. However, after reading your recommendations, we have to put forward the folowing reply:

-We didn't claim that we were banned for no reason, we complained that we get banned for reasons that are NOT considered "violations", this means that the so-called "guzzi" bans us according to his OWN desires. And this reflects that he does not respect the status "moder". Therefor, immediate counteractions must be taken A.S.A.P.

-Documenting and keeping evidence of my "claims" can not be considered applicable since we don't know when exactly we get banned. Furthermore, you might agree with us that keeping record of chat is duty of a moder, and not of a chatter.

-It is a common rule that in case of a catter's objection on a "ban", the moder who comitted the ban should be able to defend himself doing so by providing the record of events that made him take this action. so it's, again, the moder's responsibility.

-In case the so-called "guzzi" fails to justify his shameful actions, we demand to revise the chat-log with "Silent-guardian" since we happen to believe that, the latest, keeps record of all chat.

-We have been banned, once again, by the so-called "guzzi" half an hour before posting this comment, we also demand immediate investigation into that as well.

-We have reasons to believe that we have been/will be soon added to the "ignore-list", we also would like an explanation on that.

Once more, we thank you for sparing the time to hear the voice of humble, regular and committed chaters such as we. Looking forward for a convenient and satisfying actions as you might deem necissary.

Maybe it`s non of my business, but as one my friends says: `It`s so hard to keep quiet when nobody asks U.` Anyway, I say that guzzi is a normal moder and I`ve never seen him banning out people without a reason. In fact, I`ve never seen Saioznik banned for no reason, so I say that guzzi should stay as a moder.

We are totally disappointed with your comment, having in mind that you, as well as "defender", were in the room when we get banned. In any case, the following is our final statement that reads our opinion of what was going on recently, and we assure you that our stand is final;

Since no investigation or questionaire was made in the aftermath of our complaints, we understand that the complaints were not takes seriously, and the situation is still the same. we declare that the room "ES" at the meantime and with consensus of moders to violations we mentioned earlier, is not a suitable place for us to be. We, from this moment and at this final stand, announce that we boycot the room "ES".

I'ts the prinsible, and if holding to it will prevent me from chatting to my friends, then I'm welling to accept the ramofications of that. but what I'm not welling to accept whatsoever, is any wrong doing against my peerson.

U know, U`re a real hypocrites, if U don`t want to bann for that, then great, ur choice to bann whoever U want to for whatever U want to, but what for have U written those rules then? to create a good impression? I know that I`m not the one who has to complain cuz I`m not saint as well, but there`s a measure.

I`m not talking about all the moders(and I almost don`t see any of them now), but some of them, for example HeWolf, today I`ve had my mood spoiled cuz of one russian girl, who keeps attacking me with no reason and no one even gives a damn about her behavior and that she doesn`t know a word in english. I hope that HeWolf really enjoyed watching it, as he didn`t do anything at all and not for the first time. dude, u think u`re so `cool` becuz U created some room filled with azeri and turkish perverts?

I come to the chat to practise me english and communicate and not to listen to russian speaking not adequates everyday, so unless U`re going to change something or at least APOLOGISE for that (and U should, cuz there is HeWolf`s fault there, he should have done something as a moder and especially if I pointed that out and all what he could have said was `hmm,` but unfortunately I`m 100% sure that u`re not and that`s lame, besides, ofcourse U don`t care) I don`t wanna` have anything in commen` with ur room again, it`s not worth of my time .
